OK you've done one BRCT as part of our tour for two days, and you want more you want to set up a TA regiment in your location, maybe you even want to for a full time regiment!
Recruits generally fall into two categories the TA who want to work 19 days a year, and those that want to make the army their life!. Below are suggestions for the next steps for recruits to prepare for the TA. Details of the games and exercies can be found on the exercises page
Each Session that a Brigade meets should include the following:
1. Warm up of body and voice
Body exercises can include the following
- Stretches
- Slap outs
- Isolation Exercises
- Sun Salutations
Voice exercises can include the following:
- Tongue twisters
- Tongue out count to ten
- Mobile face
2. Physical training & body Work
3. Exercises to Release the inner clown
- Yippee
- Grandmother's Footsteps
4. Training in Universal Rebel Clowning Techniques
- Socking
- Fishing
- Marching
And two or more of the following:
- Spontaneity Exercises
- Point and Name
- Pass the Clap
- Sound Around
- Big Booty
5. Complicite Exercises

6. Physical and narrative Improvisation

To make the most of your time together at the end of every session designate one or two people to facilitate each section for the next session. You don't have to be an expert, but to establish trust, the facilitator should be well prepared with the games and exercises that they are going to lead.
I suggest you do the same sequence of warm-ups every time.
